Man accused of killing NFL running back found guilty of manslaughter

Jurors in New Orleans on Friday found Ronald Gasser guilty of manslaughter in the shooting death of Joe McKnight in a road-rage confrontation. Gasser faces a maximum sentence of 40 years in prison. Gasser’s defense lawyer said McKnight was the aggressor and Gasser fired in self defense. Source
