World leaders join President Biden for Earth Day climate summit

More than 40 world leaders joined President Joe Biden for a two-day virtual summit in celebration of Earth Day. The focus of the event is finding ways to cut carbon emissions, which Mr. Biden says the U.S. will halve by 2030.
