Watch: Hot air balloon crashes into power lines

Caught on Tape: On April 5, 2014, a hot air balloon with seven people on-board crashed into power lines in Noblesville, Ind. Two passengers suffered minor injuries. A number of households and businesses sustained a loss of power as a result. Source
