Washington state bans large gatherings to fight coronavirus spread

Washington Governor Jay Inslee announced a statewide ban on gatherings of 250 people or more amid the coronavirus pandemic. All but eight of the 39 coronavirus-related deaths in America have been in Washington state. Seattle Public Schools also announced they were closing all 114 schools.
