Tokyo Olympics are coming to a close as host city and country deal with COVID surge

Olympic organizers on Friday announced 29 new COVID-19 infections that are linked to the Summer Games. Officials are concerned about the lasting impact the virus could have not only on Tokyo, but on all of Japan, once the Olympics are over this weekend.
