The Dish: Acclaimed chef Bryant Terry promotes food sustainability

James Beard award-winning chef, educator, author, and activist Bryant Terry won’t be found in a restaurant these days. Terry is currently the chef-in-residence at a San Francisco museum where he encourages people to create a more equitable and sustainable food system.
