Storm ends nearly 2-year-long snow drought in Baltimore

Snow showers and freezing drizzle were expected to taper off in the Baltimore area on Tuesday as temperatures fall into the 20s. A snow drought affected the region and other parts of the East Coast, including Washington, D.C., and New York City, for almost two years.
