Sheryl Sandberg: “Men need to step up” in workplaces, it’s “not enough to not harass” women

A new study from LeanIn.org found 60 percent of male managers say they’re uncomfortable interacting with women at work, up 32 percent from 2018. Workplace interactions that men are nervous about include mentoring, socializing, and having one-on-one meetings.
