Monterey’s Ruby Salinas Named Dream Big Scholar

Lite Rock 95.9 and The Tennessee Credit Union salute Ruby Salinas of Monterey High School.

Ruby plans to attend Tennessee Technological University majoring in Merchandising and Design with a minor in business. Outside the classroom, Ruby works with local and international missions.

Her ultimate goal is to be a local business owner.
