Philadelphia becomes battleground over sugary drink tax

The Philadelphia city council is expected to vote Wednesday on a “sugar tax” on soft drinks. The mayor wants to add three cents an ounce to the price of soda, flavored water, sports drinks and some juices. Vinita Nair reports on how the idea is fizzling with critics. Source
