N. Korea agrees to halt nuclear tests if granted U.S. meeting, S. Korea says

South Korea says North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un agreed to halt nuclear and missile tests if the U.S. holds talks with his regime. The North and South also agreed to hold a summit next month. Ben Tracy reports. Source
