Migrant children report poor living conditions at border facilities

Attorneys for migrant children say living conditions were poor inside two makeshift U.S. government shelters at the southern border. The children described subpar conditions at Fort Bliss and a now-shuttered Houston warehouse, including limited access to showers and clean clothes, and sometimes undercooked food.
