Meet the California teen throwing birthday parties for homeless children

An estimated 2.5 million children in the U.S. are homeless, according to the American Institutes for Research. Their lives are far from normal – but one California teenager has made it her mission to change that, one birthday party at a time. Her project, No Birthday Left Behind, includes a face painter and a puppeteer, and strives to give the kids a special day. Janet Shamlian reports. Source
