Measles cases in Samoa decreasing drastically due to mandatory vaccine law

After a deadly measles outbreak in Samoa, the government there says nearly everyone who is eligible has now been vaccinated for the disease. At least 65 people have died since October, and 57 of them were children under the age of four. Carter Evans reports. Source
