Minneapolis council members are pledging to defund or dismantle the police department following the death of George Floyd. The city’s mayor, Jacob Frey, is opposing it and instead supporting police reform. Frey joins “CBS This Morning” to discuss why there needs to be a culture shift in policing. Source
