Inclined sleepers blamed in infant deaths still in use despite recall

A non-profit advocacy group found that, despite voluntary recalls, some day care centers across the country are still using certain sleepers blamed for dozens of infant deaths, including the Fisher Price Rock ‘n Play sleeper.
