Impeached South Korean president detained after martial law order

Yoon Suk Yeol, the impeached president of South Korea, was detained Wednesday, one day after a hearing was held to remove him from office. He was taken from his official residence in a convoy of law enforcement vehicles. He was impeached last month after briefly declaring martial law. Source
