Imelda spawns tornadoes and brings life-threatening flooding to Texas

Flooding rain from Tropical Depression Imelda triggered emergencies overnight near the Gulf Coast of Texas. The storm spawned multiple tornadoes east of Houston Wednesday. The clean-up began shortly after the storm passed. Imelda has already dumped up to a foot of rain in Houston and up to 22 inches of rain has fallen overall. One town has seen roughly 20 inches of rain since Tuesday. Janet Shamlian reports. Source
