Helicopter rescue goes out of control as basket with hiker inside spins wildly

An injured hiker was being airlifted in Piestewa Peak near Phoenix when the helicopter’s rescue basket spun at a fast rate. Despite dramatic footage of the rescue, officials said she didn’t suffer any complications from the spinning. Source
