Harris chats with Cheney, Trump tours North Carolina Helene damage

Vice President Kamala Harris kicked off a set of appearances with former GOP Rep. Liz Cheney in Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin to court moderate voters in those key battleground states.
