Food journalist Katie Parla discusses new book “Food of the Italian Islands”

We head to Italy to to meet best-selling author and food journalist Katie Parla. Parla, a native of New Jersey, which she refers to as Italy’s unofficial 21st region, recently released “Food of the Italian Islands,” which focuses on the cuisines of coastal Italy.
