Costco’s Kirkland Signature smoked salmon recalled over listeria concerns

Salmon sold at Costco is the latest product to be recalled over listeria concerns. Acme Smoked Fish Corp., which supplies the fish to Costco, sent a notice to shoppers this week. It urged them to return Kirkland Signature smoked salmon bought between Oct. 9 and 13 for a full refund. Source
