Paul Manafort breached plea deal and lied to investigators, judge rules

President Trump’s former campaign chairman, Paul Manafort, faces a longer prison term after a federal judge ruled he lied repeatedly to the special counsel’s office. A jury convicted Manafort of eight felonies, including tax and bank fraud, in August.
