Judge Daryl Colson discusses the details of the Overton County Recovery Court.

The Overton County Recovery Court serves as a collaboration between the DA’s office, probation, treatment providers, and the General Sessions Court Judge. The Court provides successful alternative sentencing to non-violent misdemeanor drug offenders. It also keeps jail space open for those who do break the law.
