Imagine being in a hospital waiting room and a koala walks in. It sounds like the being of a joke but this really happened in Australia. He walked around several minutes before leaving through the same electronic door he entered.

Sheila’s Pets Of The Week: Beijing & Rosemary
Get Ready For A Pollen Tsunami
Allergy sufferers beware. Spring allergies are at a high point because of what’s being called a “pollen tsunami”. It’s the perfect storm. A delay in tree pollen will cause it to combine with grass pollen throughout May and even in to June. It helps to wear a hat and sunglasses when you’re outside. Be sure to wash after you come in because your hair soaks in all that pollen. If you have a pet, take a damp towel and run it down their back to collect the pollen.

Serena is an absolute sweetheart! She’s a 1 year old Jack Russell/ Boston Terrier mix who is already fixed and likes to be in your lap. She can be a little shy, but she enjoys ear rubs and would be an excellent cuddler. Adopt your next furever friend from Noon-6pm, Monday-Saturday from the Cookeville Shelter.
