The Upper Cumberland Family Justice Center opened in 2015 as a systematic approach to helping victims of domestic violence, child abuse, sexual assault and elderly abuse. The center serves the 13th judicial district. Amy Stockwell…is its director.

Every week on the High School Playbook we break down high school football games from around the state, and talk with the coaches and players that play them. This week, rivals from around the state faced off as high school football season begins to wind down. Kenya Reed sits down to talk about a benefit for 14 month old Axl Heady, a local child who was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor in June. Axles 4 Axl will be held October 28th in the parking lot of First National Bank in Sparta.

Red Boiling Springs celebrates a win Friday night against Republic. While, Cookeville High School prepares to battle #3 ranked Oakland High School. Unemployment rates in September…Gov. Bill Haslam announced that the unemployment rate had decreased last month in all 95 Tennessee counties…That’s quite an accomplishment. How much so?
