A 3 year old who was wearing only his diaper, jumped in his Mom’s jeep and  knocked it out of gear. The jeep went rolling through the neighborhood, past an intersection and into a neighbor’s house.  The toddler went back home and watched cartoons like nothing ever happened.  The parents weren’t home at the time and the relative that was suppose to be watching him was asleep.
