Happy Birthday Jon Cryer!

Jon Cryer is famous for his role in Two And A Half Men and keeping it afloat after Charlie Sheen bailed on the show. Yes, I liked him as Alan on that show, but I will forever love him as Duckie in Pretty In Pink. I was rooting for him to get the girl in that movie (Molly Ringwald). The original screenplay had Duckie ending up with her, but “test” audiences wanted Molly’s character to get the cute, bad guy, Andrew McCarthy. Here is Jon lip syncing to “Try A Little Tenderness”.

The Mystery Soda Machine

Scooby Doo’s Crew had a mystery machine that was a van. Seattle, Washington has a mystery machine that’s an old coke vending machine. The logo says coca cola but it stocks not only coke, but pepsi too. If you pay 75 cents and push the mystery button, it may give you anything from a Raspberry Nestea to a Hawaiian punch. I wonder if we can talk the Coke & Pepsi plant in Cookeville to team up together for a mystery soda machine? That may be easier than getting them to keep the price at only 75 cents! That’s cheap!
