Fun at the Putnam County Fair with Monster Trucks! The rain made it muddy and that works great with the trucks. A nice size crowd for a rainy Wednesday night. Watch this guy stir up the mud!

Could Picky Eating Be Linked To Anxiety
Do you have a child that’s a picky eater? Sometimes it’s a phase, sometimes it’s rebelion, but researchers at Duke University found that children with moderate to selective eating are nearly twice as likely to have increased anxiety and those with moderate and severe picky eating can be associated with depression and ADHD that may need intervention. Lead author Nancy Zucker said they’re not talking about children that won’t eat broccoli or tomatoes. These are children that defy authority and will not eat foods provided no matter what.

Blue Moon Of Tennesse Tonight
You can experience a rare event tonight. It’s not often you see two full moons in ONE month. Although it’s called a blue moon, the color won’t actually be blue. The second full moon in a month is always called a blue moon. Blue Moons only happen about once every two and a half years. The first full moon happened on July 2 of this year.

How To Take A Good Selfie
In this age of social media, we want to take the best pic possible whether its a selfie or a pic of places from our vacations. Here are some tips to help improve your photo skills:
- Keep your phone at arm’s length, but don’t strain. Obviously you should stretch out your arm far enough to get the phone away from your face, so that it doesn’t distort your features. But not SO far that you have to strain to hold it while you’re getting the shot.
- Ask someone to help. We’ve never heard this one before, but it’s okay to ask the OTHER person to help steady the camera. Like if there are only two or three of you.
- Choose your background wisely. Don’t pose in front of something like a branch, that’ll look like it’s coming out of your head . . . watch out for photo bombers . . . and in famous settings, move to the side so you get the scenery too.
- Actually look at the camera. You don’t want a shot of the inside of your nose, or your forehead looking huge.
