Sheila Says: Join Cookeville For The Tree Lighting Ceremony Sunday
Thanks to Cookeville Mayor Ricky Shelton for coming on the morning show to tell us about this Sunday’s parade and tree lighting ceremony. The Cookeville Christmas parade will begin at 2:30. Following the parade, there will be a performance by the Cookeville Creative Children’s Ministry at 5pm at Dogwood Amphitheater. The tree lighting will be at 6 for the 35 foot tree. Several churches from around the area will lead services after the tree lighting. This is a free event. The synchronized light show will continue each day at 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm & 9pm with a 15 minute show.
