The Anne Frank experience is about to become a reality….virtual reality. Jonah Hirsch is producing “Anne”. It’ll put viewers right in the attic with her. The goal is to give viewers the feeling of being in a secret annex with Anne, her family and the other’s hiding.

A Nashville sportscaster says he was fired from his job after delivering an impressive Prince-themed sports report in tribute to the late musician. Dan Phillips was left without a job because some viewers, and apparently some management, thought the report was insensitive. What do you think?

Vince Gill debuts a song he wrote as a tribute to his friend Merle Haggard. He performed it at the Grand Ole Opry, “A World Without Haggard”. Merle Haggard died on April 6 at the age of 79.

Showtime’s revealed the list of confirmed cast members for the revival of “Twin Peaks.” Executive producers David Lynch and Mark Frost said there were 217 cast members, some returning and some new to the cast. Among the many surprising names set to appear include David Duchovny, Laura Dern, Michael Cera, Ashley Judd, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Amanda Seyfried and  Naomi Watts. Of course Kyle Maclachlan will return as Dale Cooper.

Don Drysdale’s 1963 World Series championship ring with the Los Angeles Dodgers sold for $110,111 in an auction of the late Hall of Fame pitcher’s memorabilia. A spokesman for SCP Auctions says the ring was purchased by an anonymous buyer in the sale that ended late Saturday. Drysdale’s 1962 Cy Young Award as the National League’s top pitcher sold for $100,100.

A woman in Wisconsin recently saved a duck after it lost its feet to frostbite.  Then a middle school teacher used a 3-D printer to make it NEW feet, and now it’s living at an animal sanctuary near Milwaukee. WOW!

If you’re a lover of McDonald’s fries you may want to plan a trip to St. Joseph Missouri in July. The local franchisee there announced that all you can eat fries will be added to their menu. On top of that they’ll bring them to your table. So, you don’t have to do all that pesky standing, you simply just press a button at your table. The location will also be putting in digital kiosks for customers to order their food — something many locations around the country have been adding.
