The Memorial Day weekend is expected to be a wash-out for millions of Americans, with the year’s first tropical storm warning posted along the South Carolina coast, and another day of heavy rain expected across parts of the Plains. Outside the convention center where he spoke was held one of the largest protests organized against him. Hulk Hogan’s Gawker lawsuit bankrolled by Silicon Valley billionaire
Hulk Hogan received nearly $10 million from PayPal founder Peter Thiel to pay his legal fees in his lawsuit against the website Gawker. Hogan sued the gossip blog for publishing video of the pro wrestler having sex with a friend’s wife. He was awarded $140 million earlier this year. John Blackstone has more. Source
