10 LSU frat brothers charged in pledge’s alcohol-related death

Ten suspects were arrested Wednesday in the death of a fraternity pledge at Louisiana State University. They are accused of forcing the pledge to drink extreme amounts of alcohol. Minnesota governor announces plan to end COVID restrictions

Minnesota Governor Tim Walz announced Thursday that the state will end remaining restrictions on outdoor limits and indoor activities by May 28. It’s part of his three-step timeline to end all COVID-19 restrictions, which also includes lifting the mask mandate by July 1 or sooner. Source

Eminem rips Trump, his supporters in freestyle rap

Filmed in a car park in Detroit and aired during the 2017 BET Hip Hop Awards, superstar Eminem performed nearly a five minute freestyle rap in which he sharply criticized President Trump. The rapper finished with an ultimatum to his fans — either support him, or the president. Source

Widespread condemnation of Harvey Weinstein as scandal widens

Harvey Weinstein is reportedly in sex rehab overseas Wednesday morning. At least 25 women have publicly described inappropriate conduct by the disgraced Hollywood mogul.
