Puerto Rico is cancelling a controversial $300 million contract with Whitefish Energy to restore power to the island. Two members of the Navy SEAL Team 6 are under investigation in the death of an Army Green Beret. Staff Sgt. Logan Melgar was found dead on June 4. He was reportedly strangled in embassy housing in the capital of Mali. David Martin reports. Source
