Vice President Harris starts Asia trip in Singapore

Vice President Kamala Harris met with Singapore’s prime minister today to discuss cybersecurity, COVID-19 and supply chain issues. But the topic of Afghanistan hung over the news conference after her meeting. Henri brings floods, fierce winds and power outages to the Northeast

After initially making landfall as a Tropical Storm Sunday, the slow-moving Henri flooded streets from New Jersey to as far north as Rhode Island and Massachusetts. With temperatures expected to reach the 90’s in Connecticut this week, the race is on to get power back to tens of thousands in New England before the heat settles in. Kris Van Cleave reports.
