Gadi Haggai, a 73-year-old Israeli-American man who was abducted, along with his wife, by Hamas militants on Oct. 7 has been confirmed dead. The U.S. Supreme Court on Friday denied a request from special counsel Jack Smith to fast-track the immunity claim in the federal case charging former President Donald Trump with attempting to overturn the results of the 2020 election.
