In Missouri, state legislators overwhelmingly passed a law Friday placing new restrictions on doctors who perform abortions. The law bans the procedure after eight weeks of pregnancy, and there are no exceptions for rape or incest. Doctors could face up to 15 years in prison for performing an abortion.
