Angels remember Tyler Skaggs as a “happy person”

Tyler Skaggs, a 27-year-old starting pitcher for the Los Angeles Angels, was found dead in a hotel room near Dallas on Monday. Angels general manager Billy Eppler, manager Brad Ausmus and team president John Carpino spoke at a news conference Tuesday about the team’s decision to return to play and their memories of Skaggs. Government report finds “dangerous overcrowding” at border facilities
