Tariffs on Chinese goods to go into effect at midnight

Multiple gunshot victims reported in West Texas shootings
Authorities in Midland, Texas, are responding to an active shooter incidents, with at least 20 victims. The shooting appears to have begun in Midland. The suspect, possibly two, then drove to Odessa, randomly shooting at people on the street from a stolen mail truck. Source
