Merril Hoge opens up about the cancer he believes was caused by Roundup

A former NFL player is joining thousands of people suing the company behind Roundup, a popular weed killer with a chemical linked to cancer. In a lawsuit made public Wednesday, 54-year-old Merril Hoge says he developed non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma as a direct result of being exposed to the herbicide. Meg Oliver reports. Source

Harold Prince, one of the most successful and celebrated theater director-producers of the 20th century, died on Wednesday, July 31, 2019, at the age of 91. Man on Florida honeymoon drowns during first ocean swim

An Iowa seminary student honeymooning in Florida drowned when he was swept out to sea on his first time in the ocean, officials said. St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office said Dalton Cottrell, 22, drowned while swimming Tuesday at Crescent Beach, CBS affiliate WJAX-TV reports. Source
