Video and 911 call released in deadly Ohio shooting

Chief Richard Biehl of the Dayton Ohio Police Department said officers advanced at the suspect within 20 seconds of his firing the first shots and “the threat was neutralized within 30 seconds of suspect firing first shots.” Biehl played a 911 call, video from the scene and released the victims’ names and ages.
