A new report from Physicians for Human Rights claims the Trump administration’s policies for asylum seekers are inflicting trauma on migrants. The policy was put in place by Homeland Security Secretary Kevin McAleenan, who resigned on Friday. CBS News has learned the “migrant protection protocols,” or MPP, have been expanded.
