Retired Fort Worth officer: “I’m afraid when I get stopped”

Aaron Dean, a white former police officer, is out on bond after being arrested and charged with murder for shooting Atatiana Jefferson, a black woman, inside her Texas home. He was responding to a neighbor’s call for a wellness check. Dean resigned before he could be fired from the Fort Worth police department Monday. Omar Villafranca reports. Source

LeBron James breaks his silence on NBA-China dispute

For the first time, LeBron James is taking on the standoff between the NBA and China. AutoNation accused of selling cars with unrepaired safety recalls

A new report out Tuesday accuses one of the nation’s largest car retail chains of selling used vehicles with unrepaired safety recalls. The U.S. Public Interest Research Group looked into 2,400 used vehicles at 28 AutoNation dealerships nationwide. It claims “one in nine” had safety recall issues, including problems linked to deaths and injuries. Anna Werner reports. Source
