Utah boy says he “went red” when teacher bullied him for having two dads

Only on “CBS This Morning,” we’re hearing for the first time from a Utah boy who was subjected to a homophobic rant by his substitute teacher. The teacher, who was later fired, berated the fifth grader for being adopted by two men. Louis and Josh van Amstel officially adopted 11-year-old Daniel Thursday. Chicago baby kidnapped in 1964 reportedly found

A baby mysteriously kidnapped in 1964 may have finally been found more than half-a-century later. Chester and Dora Fronczak’s son, Paul, was taken from a Chicago hospital when he was just days old. Shortly after investigators thought they had found him, but decades later, they realized they had the wrong person. Adriana Diaz reports. Source

Violent explosion in Philadelphia levels row houses

Recovery efforts begin for victims of a massive fire and explosion at a home in Philadelphia. At least two people are presumed dead following Thursday’s blast. One witness described it sounding like a bomb went off. Don Dahler reports. Source
