Musicians hold virtual concerts to entertain fans while social distancing

The cancellations of concerts and music festivals has left many fans feeling disconnected from the artists they love. But on Friday, fans were able to watch performances by Hozier, One Republic, and Erykah Badu thanks to virtual concerts the artists are holding while social distancing. New Yorkers told to stay at home over coronavirus pandemic

Drastic measures were taken on Friday as two of the nation’s biggest states joined a third in ordering all non-essential workers to stay home. Now New York, California, and Illinois are in lockdown mode. The U.S. coronavirus death toll has soared to at least 260 reported fatalities.
