Families of shooting victims speak out on the future of gun control

Stephanie Melendez’s father was killed in the El Paso massacre. Sharon Risher’s mother and two cousins died in the 2015 Charleston church shooting. Richard Martinez’s son was killed in a mass shooting near the University of California Santa Barbara in 2014. And Nelba Marquez-Green’s 6-year-old daughter was murdered at Sandy Hook Elementary in 2012. Gayle King spoke with families of shooting victims about the future of gun control. China warns “end is coming” as protests continue in Hong Kong

There were more protests in Hong Kong this morning after a weekend of violent demonstrations. Earlier Monday, police arrested protesters who disrupted the subway system by blocking train doors.
