Early state Dems see turning out nonvoters as the path to victory

The CBS News Battleground Tracker poll finds that 67% of likely Democratic voters in the early primary and caucus states of Iowa, New Hampshire and South Carolina believe that if their party wins back the White House, it will be because they turned out voters who stayed home in the past.
