Christmas Star 2020: Jupiter, Saturn to meet in rare “great conjunction”

On Monday evening, the two largest planets in our solar system, Jupiter and Saturn, will appear to merge into a single source of light. People on Hawaii’s big island are being urged to stay indoors after the Kilauea volcano began erupting late Sunday, about one hour after a 4.4 magnitude earthquake rocked the area. Source

Sneak peek: New documentary “The Beatles: Get Back”

A highly-anticipated new Beatles documentary is set for release next summer. “The Beatles: Get Back,” from “Lord of the Rings” director Peter Jackson, uses some of the roughly 55 hours of previously-unreleased studio footage from the 1969 “Get Back” and “Let It Be” sessions, and features the Fab Four’s iconic 42-minute rooftop performance, which has never been shown in its entirety. Over 1 million early ballots already cast in Georgia Senate runoffs

Early voting is underway in Georgia for two highly contested Senate runoffs, which will determine which party controls the U.S. Senate. Democrat Raphael Warnock is facing off against Republican Senator Kelly Loeffler, and Democrat John Ossoff is challenging GOP incumbent David Perdue.
