House impeachment managers use never-before-seen video to illustrate attack on the Capitol

On the second day of former President Trump’s second impeachment trial, House impeachment managers showed never-before-seen video from inside the Capitol during the riot. They also used the former President’s own words and tweets against him as evidence that he incited the mob that attacked the Capitol. Members of paramilitary group face conspiracy charges related to Capitol insurrection

As House impeachment managers argue their case that former President Trump helped lay the foundation for the Capitol riot weeks in advance, a federal investigation is revealing more about the planning that went into the attack.
