Dr. Sully Smith, the former medical examiner in Putnam County, and the former CRMC emergency department chair sits down to share his opinion of the clinic proposal, and to educate on why it may or may not make sense.

Short term benefits, or long term solutions. Inside methadone clinics, Today in the Upper Cumberland. Later this month the Tennessee Health Facilities Commission will consider the idea of establishing a methadone clinic. Dr. Smith makes no bones about it, he is against the methadone clinic.
